What's new in version 1.48
 
 
Bug fixed: 
 
1) Support to support chat now is operational. 
 
2) Transfer of chat session to another supporter now is operational. 
 
2) Cosmetic bug, support to support chat only supports text messages. The extra tools button
    is disabled when a support answers to another supporter.
 
3) Problem with memory freeing caused exceptions thrown. The application has been changed
    and these problem are fixed now.

New options:

1) When a new call is recieved, a blinking dialog pops-up. Added a positioning option for that blinking 
   dialog. It can pop-up at:  top-left, top-right or bottom-right.

The Auth Value in the the Web and IP setup is now active. The application sets the default
to ZERO. No need to set it manually as in version 1.47.


The HELP file was updated with the new option and the Getting Started part was updated
as a result of Keith Levey input. Thanks, Keith.
