Known problem solved !
 
Proplem:
   When there is a network error the, WSMS server in most cases will not detect that the support 
   application in no longer connected. This is a known problem with TCP/IP. This problem caused 
   unnecessary "Cannot Add this supporter, Max count exceded" errors. This is very annoying.

Solution:
   The server and the SupportChat application were changed !. The auto reconnect was changed to 
   solve this annoying problem.

New options:

1) After a long time finally added the "Canned Answers" option. This option was requested by many 
   users. Also the same interface was used to create a URL shortcut list. These options will save 
   time during active chats.

2) Added a new switch in the General Setting tab. Added "Empty line between messages". Checking this 
   option will add a blank line in a chat display. This will be done both in the support and in the 
   client side.

 
The HELP file was updated with the new option and the Getting Started part was as well.
