Dear visitor, registration to this service is currently free but involves filling a simple form. be patient and help us serve you better.

 

Registration involves 3 steps:

  1. Fill the data in the registration form and submit it. Upon submitting the registration form an e-mail is sent to the supplied e-mail address. In the e-mail that you will get you will find a number. This number is your temporary Session ID needed in step two of the registration.

  2. Fill the confirmation form with the Session ID that was received in the confirmation e-mail sent to you in step 1. Keep in mind that all the data is case sensitive !.

  3. In step 3, you are assigned a ClientID and get a sample script to integrate in your web site.

 

After filling the registration form the system will grant you, the user, a single Client ID.

 

This Client ID is used to identify and make the connection between client chat requests and a the group of supporters related to it. If you maintain more then one web sites and support all of them from the same group you can use the same Client ID. In order to know from what site the call comes for see Installation page instruction.

 

If you need to install the system in more then one web site and have different support groups for every site, please fill the registration forms for every group (Client ID) separately.
